Cristiano Ronaldo scores hat trick in 1-4 win over Atletico Madrid

The pressure was on Real Madrid, just one day after Barcelona's win over Getafe. But Cristiano Ronaldo proved tonight that the word "losing" is not part of his dictionary.

Real Madrid was far superior than
Atletico Madrid, and the three-goal difference could have been even bigger. Cristiano netted three impressive goals and assisted Callejon for the fourth one. Falcao scored for the locals, but that was clearly not enough.

Madrid remains four points ahead of Barcelona, and this time they are the favorite ones to win the title.

Madrid dropped two points against brave Valencia

Real Madrid could not get three points at home, as they were held by an impressive Valencia, for a final 0-0 result. Despite the goal-less end, the game was intense and breathtaking.

Goalkeepers Iker Casillas and Vicente Guaita were the men of the game for their teams. They stopped everything that blasted against their goals. But the posts helped too.

Benzema and Ronaldo were Mourinho's key strikers for this match. But both suffered the tough defenders and a lack of precission.

With this result, Real Madrid is only four points ahead of Barcelona, and there are still six games left to go.

4,000 Real Madrid supporters to arrive at the Allianz Arena

Real Madrid is in the semifinals of the 2011/2012 Champions League, but their next rival seems to be powerful enough to defeat Mourinho's side. That's why the Portuguese coach sent a message to their supporters: "If we want to be in the final, we must do it all together".

The club is backing that message, by using their official website to promote the idea. They know that Madrid's supporters are not used to travel around Europe following their team, but this time it might be differente.

Real Madrid received 4,000 tickets for the clash, and they are already selling them to their fans.

The Bayern Munich - Real Madrid encounter will take place at the Allianz Arena on April 17.
